It does not clean my dishes any better than the old one.....the service department blamed it on my water temp not being hot enough or maybe I need to use a rinse agent.......not helpful as my water temp is scalding and I do use a rinse agent. Also, why have a dishwasher if I have to scrub my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher?! So sad about this:(

We chose this model to replace an older dishwasher which was somewhat noisy while running, not the case with our new one! It runs without any noise, is extremely efficient and my dishes and flatware come out dry and sparkling including glassware which is a must for me. Our dishwasher matches our refrigerator, we love the black stainless steel exterior which looks amazing and really is smudge proof, so no messy finger prints. All in all a perfect compliment to our kitchen and along with all the amazing features we are very happy and would recommend this product 100%.

I love the third rack, finally a place my pizza pan can fit. The folding tines and rack design are flexible enough to fit odd shape pots and bowls. I appreciate being able to safely wash delicate wine glasses and most importantly everything is clean when the cycle is over.

Hello, as per page 23 in the manual, you will make your selections on the control panel (Auto, Heavy, Delicate, Normal, Turbo, etc. and once you have made your selections and added your detergent, you will press start. ^AC

How can I reset our new LDP6797BD The dishwasher start light continues to flash regardless, We have dune everything in the owners manual to restart it just continues to flash. Can someone help?

I am also having the same issue. I contacted the dealer I purchased the dishwasher from. The service tech suggested several things for me to try - none of which remedied the issue. When he came to look at the dishwasher he found an issue with the dishwasher door latch. It was loose. He is researching how to resolve this. I would suggest you contact a service tech to come take a look at your unit. My issues began within a week of the installation.

I just bought this dishwasher on 12/6. Every so often (quite often actually) during the cycle (auto cycle), the dishwasher beeps and the middle button flashes. The service technician offered a few suggestions, but they have not helped. its brand new!

What type of drying technologie have this dishwasher?

The adjustable middle rack isn't cleaning. I have the rack in the lowest position but noticed the nozzle on the back of the rack doesn't line up with nozzle on the back wall. How do I adjust this to align properly?

Can the 10 year warranty/inverter direct drive motor label that is in the top right corner on the front door of the dishwasher be removed from model LDP6797WW
